MANOS Returns is the follow up film to the cult favorite Manos: The Hands of Fate, created by Jackey Neyman Jones who portrayed Debbie from the original film.

A group of young men dare a classmate to reach the porch of a legendary old house, said to be haunted by the thirteen victims of a family massacre. In hopes of making a viral video they arm him with a video camera to prove he was there or to capture him fleeing in terror before even reaching the house, as others have. When he doesn't return, the guys must go in to get him. Inside they discover the truth about the house, the fate of their friend and their own fate as well.

19-year-old Celeste and 26-year-old Sihem, both heroin addicts, are admitted to a rehab clinic the same day. They have a feeling they’ll be good friends. When Sihem tells Celeste that she had been pregnant but ended up having an abortion, Celeste says, “That’(🖲)s not your fault.” Celeste is also comforted by Sihem when Celeste blames her mother for visiting her. However, the clinic takes to issue their intimacy and the two end up leaving the clinic to find a new home. For the two, everything is uncertain, and it is also heartbreaking to see their families suffer because of them. It is also not easy to resist the temptation of drugs.

What begins as an annual visit to their family grave-site quickly becomes a night of sheer terror as two brothers are unexpectedly forced to fight back against a sudden onslaught of violent assailants. Soon, eight complete strangers find themselves barricaded inside a rural farmhouse in an attempt to survive against the ever-growing army of murderous creatures outside.
